Goals and topics
The main goal of this Conference is to provide a forum for engineers and researchers interested in hardware and software IT solutions used in automotive area to meet, exchange research and implementation ideas, and results. It also provides this group of practitioners/researchers an opportunity to present their research papers and experience reports, and to take part in open discussions. Relevant topics include (but are not limited to) theoretical and/or empirical exploration automotive sector, as well as case studies and experience reports related to:
- Data Mining for short series production
- MES for short series production
- Cloud computing for automation
- Energy and resources efficiency systems planning and engineering
- Artificial Intelligence in automotive
- Modelling of components for digital factory(interfaces descriptions, data exchange)
- Flexible and scalable communication interfaces taksim escort for automotive production systems
- Application of unified communication models on OPC UA example for big volume data exchange and management in heterogeneous production systems
- New trends in ADAS
- Raspberry PI solution for mobile platform
General Information
CONFERENCE FORMAT: The conference will comprise oral presentations, posters and papers. The submissions should present significant and novel research results, practical improvements or modernizations with a prospect for tangible impact on the IT area and potential implementations. Working language of the conference is English.
POSTER SESSION: Presenters will share their ideas as attendees circulate during a designated time in the poster session area. Poster presenters must be present to answer questions during this session.
ORAL PRESENTATION: Limited to 15-20 minutes. Possible languages: English (recommended) and Polish.
Submission Guidelines

- an abstract (max. 300 words)
- a short bio including your institutional affiliation and contact details either in MS-Word format or as a pdf
PAPER SUBMISSION: Accepted and extended papers will be published in Studia Informatica. The article up to 12 pages is recommended. Manuscripts must be submitted according to the instructions and templates available on: http://studiainformatica.polsl.pl.
Registration & Fees: Registration, participation, oral and poster presentation is free of charge. Fee for paper publication in Studia Informatica will be charged – 676,50 PLN gross (incl. 23% VAT) / ca. 150 EUR. In case its needed, assistance in booking accommodation in Szczyrk or nearby will be provided.
